1. Introduction

Welcome to Huntopic. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Huntopic.

2. Description of Service

Huntopic is a B2B Lead Generation SaaS that uses Artificial Intelligence to monitor, filter, and analyze public posts on Reddit to identify potential sales opportunities. Our service:

  • Continuously monitors Reddit during waking hours based on your configured schedule
  • Uses AI to analyze posts and score them from 0-100 for relevance to your product or service
  • Delivers qualified leads that meet your configured score threshold (minimum 70)
  • Generates AI-powered summaries, identifies pain points, and suggests contextual replies
  • Sends real-time notifications via email and push notifications when new leads are discovered

3. Accounts and Registration

To use Huntopic, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account is intended for one user (except for explicit Agency/Team plans, if available)

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Pricing: Our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly). Prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Payments: Payments are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.
  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers who are unsatisfied with the service. After this period, refunds are not provided for partial months. To request a refund, contact us at support@huntopic.com.
  • Plan Features: Each subscription tier includes specific features and limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and limits with reasonable notice to users.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, we enforce a Fair Use Policy:

  • API Limits: You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our API. Automated access must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines.
  • Volume Limits: While monitoring is continuous during waking hours, we reserve the right to throttle or limit accounts that exceed reasonable processing limits to prevent infrastructure degradation and ensure quality service for all users.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use Huntopic to monitor illegal topics, hate speech, or content that violates Open Web standards. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials or attempting to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Use of AI and Data

  • AI Processing: You acknowledge that Huntopic uses third-party LLMs (Large Language Models) from OpenAI and Google Gemini to analyze data, generate queries, create embeddings, score posts, and generate suggested replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs (scores, summaries, drafts) may occasionally be inaccurate ("hallucinations"). You should verify leads before outreach and not rely solely on AI-generated content.
  • Reddit Data: We process publicly available data from Reddit. We are not affiliated with Reddit Inc. You agree to comply with Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy when interacting with the platform. We do not access private or restricted content.
  • Data Processing: Your hunt configurations (product descriptions, target audience, pain points) are sent to AI providers for processing. Product embeddings are generated and stored to enable semantic search and relevance scoring. Posts that meet your score threshold (minimum 70) are saved to your inbox. Posts below the threshold may be temporarily saved for validation but are not permanently stored.

7. Outreach and Compliance

Huntopic provides data and draft responses generated by AI. You are solely responsible for your outreach activities. You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, LGPD) when contacting leads found through our service
  • Review and customize AI-generated replies before sending them
  • Respect Reddit's rules and community guidelines when engaging with users
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior

Huntopic is not liable for banned accounts, legal disputes, or any consequences arising from your communication with third parties. You use our service and any suggested content at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The Huntopic code, design, algorithms, and service are owned by us. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.
  • Your Data: You retain rights to the specific configurations (Target Audience, Product Descriptions, pain points) you input into the system. However, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.
  • Reddit Content: Content from Reddit remains the property of its original authors and Reddit Inc. We do not claim ownership of Reddit content and process it only to provide insights to our users.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Update our service to improve functionality and security

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntopic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huntopic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse or misuse our service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the State of Pará, Brazil.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
